The seeding- and draw procedure of the Rabobank Venlo Junior Master tournament is conducted in accordance with the “Procedure Lotingreferee” as drafted by the Dutch Badminton Association. An outline of the procedure is described below.
01. Registration closes and Seedingprocedure starts
Once the registration has closed -either at the closing date, or when the maximum amount of players has been reached-, we send a request to the Dutch Badminton Association to conduct the seeding for all categories (Junior Master and non-Junior Master).
02. Schemes & Draws
Once we have received the seeding from the Dutch Badminton Association we will create and publish the tournament schemes. Once we have done this an independent referee from the Dutch Badminton Association will complete the draw. Once received we will publish the draw as soon as possible on toernooi.nl.
03. Timescedule
Once the draw has been conducted we will create the timescedule for our tournament and publish it as soon as possible. All disciplines (singles, doubles and mixed doubles) are played on both tournament days. Generally the semi-finals and finals are played on sunday.
